Our founder and director Paul Cooper has demonstrated expertise (including published papers, conference presentations and book chapters) in AI governance, organisational change, tertiary education, and medical research. After 30+ years in IT strategy and consulting, he's curated a portfolio career that aims to work with selected clients who want to undertake positive and meaningful projects for the community at large. Our mission is to uplift organisations to highest possible performance. In recent years, Paul has developed and delivered courses in digital health at post graduate level, conducted research at his affiliated university (Deakin University) on digital inclusion, capability maturity models, equity and governance in the AI era, and currently serves on ethics committees, community health, and medical research boards.
